About VCCPA: the Vermont Child Care Providers Association
The Vermont Child Care Providers Association (VCCPA) is a statewide, not for profit association, providing peer support to Vermont's child care providers for more than 20 years. For more information about VCCPA's history, mission, and goals, please visit the Who Are We? page.
VCCPA currently represents more than 300 members from around the state of Vermont. Membership has grown by 250% in the last three years. The VCCPA Board has worked diligently to better support and represent its members and will continue to do so in order to provide improve services and have a positive impact on the child care community. The VCCPA Board is made of up of 13 volunteer members of the early child care and education community including home child care providers, program administrators, and business consultants. Monthly board meetings are typically held the second Thursday of each month. Members may attend the meetings in person (usually held in Chittenden County though occasionally held in other counties) or by conference call.
